Did we really need waves??

I have entered this run several times and have noticed for the first time they have not put 2022 on the ribbon. The year has always been there previously. Malcolm.

It’s a fantastically ran race, brilliantly marshalled, lots of support on the course, love the cardboard water cartoons, nice medal & you get to finish on a beautiful running track, where the average runner may never get to go on.

It’s on of my favourite races.

Good to have closed roads and even a cheers station

This was my first 10k run and I have to say that I couldn’t have picked a better one. So friendly and well organised- I will be back next year! Thanks so much to everyone involved

Lovely course, little ups long downs ! beginner friendly or out for a personal best, the course is a good one. very well marshalled, and lots of locals out for support, Water station mid point, feed station just a little further, ample parking. Great bit of bling to finish it all off.
