I/we declare that I/we will abide by UK Athletics rules and will in no way hold the organisers or sponsors responsible for any injury, accident or illness to my/our person, or loss of property, resulting from my/our participation in the event. I/we also declare that I/we are medically fit and able to take part in this event and do not know of any medical reason to prevent my/our entry into the event. 

An entrant shall be deemed to have made him/herself/theirself, familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules. The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the [date of entry], whether or not the participant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.

This event is owned by the Kent Association of the Blind (KAB), and as such the refund policy differs from other events organised by Sporting Events UK. The following will apply to this event only. Entries cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled. Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or hospitality relating to the Event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk. Liability for the cancellation or rescheduling of an Event will be limited to the refund as set out in these terms and conditions. If this event is postponed you will be automatically transferred to the new date. The exception to this policy will be postponement due to a COVID-19 lockdown or measure put into force by the UK Government which prevents the event taking place on the planned date. In this situation the entry fees will become eligible for a full refund, transfer to the new date or can be donated to the Kent Association of the Blind (KAB).

I/we understand that our entry fee will go directly to the Kent Association of the Blind (KAB) (less booking fees). Sporting Events UK is managing this event on behalf of the Kent Association of the Blind (KAB) and the event is owned by the charity.

As part of the event I understand I will be issued with a timing chip. This has to be returned at the end of the event. Missing or non-returned timing chips will result in a £10 charge to the person running in the event.
