A good 10K for beginners who just want to get it done.

The 100 metres on grass going out at the start & particularly at the finish in the wet conditions were not conducive to a personal achievement.

Lovely, easy course where you can just zone out and run. Great level of parking and amenities close by. Great to see pirates dressed up. Crow scarers on the route was like having more canons!! My only criticism would be the amount of runners playing music. It really interrupts my pace as all I want to do is get away from them.

Yes! I’m a slow runner and the cut off time put me under huge pressure. Spoke to a few other wave 3 runners who said the same. Maybe allow 1.75 hours? Otherwise , I’ll be back!

The race started 3 mins early!? Myself and plenty of others were organising themselves near the start line about to go into the pen and without warning it set off. Advertised Start time was 10:00, watch time 09:57.. not ideal.

Great event despite the rain. Nice flat course. Well signed as always.

Really good organisation, lovely marshalls, great support, flat tarmac, all in all, I had a wonderful time and should be back next year.

Lovely local run for me, well organised as always and lovely medal.
Nice and flat for beginners or PB chasers and I used it to come back from an injury, which it was perfect for. Nice views with fields one side and seaside the other.
Plenty of parking close by and actual toilets available.
Will be back next year all being well.
Well done to all the Marshalls as well who were all very encouraging and upbeat, despite the weather.

Well organised with friendly marshals. Pleased I finally was able to complete this race after injuries. Great one to come back to!
