Another great SEUK event

Fantastic flat course with a bit of “field” running the first 4km or so but all the rest on a tarmac path in good condition.

My first ever long distance run...and it was AWESOME!

If you're a novice, like me, wear gloves! The wind off the sea and across the fields can get quite strong so hope for good weather and be prepared for sea water to be blown in your face on the way back.
