It's back, but it's better than ever! It's your chance to be your very own Superhero! There will be a 5k and 10k run and also a Family Fun Run for all ages. Every finisher in the 10k & 5k will get a special medal and a finishers t-shirt. The 1 mile fun run also has a medal for all those finishing.

5k Entry fee: Advanced entries: £16 affiliated club members, £18 unaffiliated
On-the-day - £25 (subject to space)

10k Entry fee: Advanced entries: £23 affiliated club members, £25 unaffiliated
On-the-day - £30 (subject to space)

Fun Run: £5 per entry

ADVANCED ENTRIES OPEN UNTIL 1PM THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE EVENT.

Under UK Athletics rules the minimum age for the 5k run is 11 years on the day, the 10k run is 15 years on the day. There is no age restriction for the Family Fun Run.
