Love running in my home town of Sandwich. Well organised race and the marshalls were all great. Flat course but I'm not a fan of doing laps so would have preferred a run out to the bay and back instead. 2nd water station would have been helpful in this heat too!

Lovely route, beginner friendly and as always so well marshalled. Plenty of designated parking too.

Nice run but the 5km loop wasn't great. I had heard about the previous years routes through the woodland and how it was a nice scenic route where as this run to a cone and turn around wasn't my most memorable race...

The marshal's were brilliant though and the support around was pretty good. Great support at the end for the final runner too.

The route needs to be different, not to do route twice.

Could have done with a few more toilets as the queues were long! But other than that a lovely flat run.

Loved running through the town, great route! Another water station would have been good on such a hot day!

Well run, everyone is so helpful and supportive. The marshals all of the way around were brilliant.

Can you update the results pages to allow us to filter them by age category and or running club. Perhaps presenting the results in the style of an Excel spreadsheet.

This was a very nice route through the pretty town of sandwich, on a cooler day this could be a fast course. As always a great event with good support and a lovely medal.

Super enjoyable to run through the town and the locals in the coffee shops and at the side of the road where so amazing with their support. Great route would love to come back on a cooler day to set some new records

Lovely town and nice support from the customers in various eateries. Marshall’s all did a great job. I’m not a massive fan of 2 loop courses but the scenery was nice so not too bad. I would enter again.

Great organisation, friendly Marshall’s, beautiful route, to hot but beat that , the only thing I would like to add was that given we knew it was going to be a hot one another water station would have been safer and helpful. Thank you will do it again xx

A fantastic route, running through the town twice, wiggling down the medieval streets and beyond. 2023 was a hot day so many opted for a non PB day but any other weather then it would absolutely would be a PB course. Thank you Barry for another fabulous event!

I always love Sporting Events' races. They are well organised and marshalled and have great medals. I would recommend this race. It was a nice, flat, scenic course. However, I would like to suggest some guidance for those giving out water at the halfway point. There was only one person giving out water, and 2 people sitting behind the table. It was a hot day and I was desperate for a drink. I had to grab one off the table and might have accidentally knocked another couple of cups over. A couple of people in front of me didn't even manage to grab a drink as they went past. Then, I was upset at the end when I was denied a second cup of water. I hope there can be better direction for those handing out drinks next time, especially on days when the weather is so hot. Thank you.

I'd recommend a little choc/fruit snack to accompany the water at the finish line.
