A good race overall, well marshalled and lots of spectators. The route this year wasn’t as good as last year though- too many narrow paths and tracks with dog walkers coming the other way. Hope they revert to last years route next year!

Had the pleasure of doing the Sandwich 10km today. A lovely mixture of running through the town, and also some nice trail running for part of the course. Scorching hot day so the water refreshments half way were perfectly timed.

It would have been nice if there had been an age ranch for 70+, it should have been acknowledged with a presentation cup as were all other age ranges. Pensioners enjoy running too.

Could have run better was tad warm but more I think about more I liked the route

Yes I think you should have at least
Two drink stations. And there should be showers .Maybe an ice cream van
And a hot dog van like it used to be but excellent

Really enjoyed this event. Preferred the new route this year, although I wasn’t expecting the uneven cross country section!! Was very narrow and uneven ground in places between 4-5 miles, particularly by the narrow bridge which was very overgrown.

Will be back next year!

Very well organised event, plenty of Marshalls out on the course cheering you on as well as plenty of spectators. The route was a bit more off road this year which gave it a different feel which I enjoyed. This is the second year I have done this event and I will be signing up for next year as soon as registration becomes available. Thank you organisers for a great event

Even though there was some off roading it was a very enjoyable coarse.
The massage afterwards was very professional

Would be useful to put a bin half a k after the water station to stop runners discarding their water bottles on the ground (and ask runners to use it)

Bin needed for water half way round as lots of bottles on the floor.
